I've always loved to shop! Whatever type of shop, and Im there! Even traipsing around supermarkets I can find amusing if in the right mood! I am always up for venturing into new shops, and when I was introduced to Coco Violet, I was thrilled!

Coco Violet is alittle boutique in Aberdeen. To access it from the main street, Union Street, you need to descend from a large flight of stairs which are very narrow and steep. Once yu have finally managed to pass this adventure in itself, you can turn left at the bottom and explore the shop.

Entering the single door you will see the shop is quite small, about the size of an average bedroom, with a till in the corner. Before you even look at the items around you, you are hit with a strong, sweet smell of violets. In fact, the entire shop is filled with a warming scent of palmer violet sweets! Your bag is also completed with a palmer violet pack when you make a purchase!

The shop sells a variety of clothes in many sizes from 8-12, the latest fashio, mainly Boho. There are little changing rooms at the back of the shop too, so you can try on instore. They sell a variety of kitch jewellry too, from Midget Gem bows to necklaces with ice cream cones. They even have little rings with 'I Love Toast' written on them! They have some gorgeous large purses, with cats on them, or Disney characters too! One thing they sell which is actually very peculiar is their perfume! They dont do normal scents, but those such as Hot Fudge Sundae, Crayon, and even Window Cleaner! They sound quite bad but theyre actually quite interesting!

The items are quite expensive. The perfumes are £15 each for about 30ml, nondesigner of course, and you're looking at over £10 for a purse! Ok its not as bad as some Debenhams ranges, but compared to Primark, its a big difference!

The shop is neat and well laid out. There always is just the one member of staff in store, behind the counter. They are always very smiley and happy, never unwilling to help!

I am so thrilled I have found Coco Violet! I dont shop in there myself for much,b ut it is a great source of presents for people! Each gift is entertaining and unique, and always fun to shop for too!
