Advantages: Generally better quality/maintained discs/cases/booklets; Generally better prices on trade ins.

Disadvantages: Pre-owned games generally more expensive than competitors; As far as I am aware, no loyalty rewards.

While many gamers prefer the big chain stores like Game and Game Station, I much prefer the lesser known Computer Exchange. While I have found the other stores offer little in the way of customer service, CeX has always provided an excellent level.

I have found that CeX often has the best prices when trading in games, and, while (when buying) their second hand games are a little more expensive than Game and Game Station, I find that the discs, cases and booklets are generally in much better quality.

The only draw back with this company is that, as far as I am aware, there is no loyalty reward, unlike Game who give rewards points.

I would urge anyone who is looking to trade in or buy second hand games - and who are as fussy as me when it comes to disc, case and booklet quality - to check out CeX in the future.

Summary: Good quality of game trading - highly recommended.
