Costco started in the states, has been doing business for a while now and its cache (I really don't know what to call it) has run out. So, it has expanded into foreign markets to try supplement its U.S. sales. What you can expect is items that aren't really cheaper, just bulkier. An understaffed wearhouse, which translates into terrible customer service. Also, Items you liked one week may not be there next week, because they couldn't get them cheap enough from the distributor. As a store becomes less profitable, prices will become higher and eratic. The lines at checkout will be long because they can affort to pay for more employees. Thier are alot of glowing reviews about this place-mostly from people with vested interest in Costco-out on the internet. An objective stroll through any of their stores will tell other wise. Good luck Great Britian. You gave us the Spice Girls, we give you Costco.
