Advantages: Cheaper than most supermarkets

Disadvantages: Some bulk items too big for individual members

As an individual member at cost-co I was worried that my options would be slim, after all this is a place to bulk buy. However after paying a small fee for a membership card (you get a spouse card for free and can have extra cards for other family members at a small cost) I was plesently suprised. Of course the majority of items are sold in crates however there is so much to choose from here that didn't faze me at all. The items that are on sale include Electrical, Food ranging from an on site bakery and butchers to frozen goods also, alcohol and everything that is good for your cupboards. The prices overall are alot cheaper than the supermarkets, of course this does depend on what you are looking for. If your an individual member note that the prices you intially see are excluding VAT. The price you pay is underneath in smaller writing. A great place if you are wanting to stock up on fresh meat, beverages and cupboard items.

Summary: Lots of choice, saves you money!
