Crystals and Ice Bead Shop is High Street Arcade in Cardiff City Centre. The arcade is located just off St. mary's street and is a cute little old fashioned arcade full of unusual nic-nac shops and little boutiques. Crystals and Ice is about half way down and it is a sweet little blue shop crammed with lovely sparkley beads, findings, threads, ribbons and pendants.
