ordered v expensive range cooker from currys had problem after less than a week. hard to get any response passed from dept to dept even tho had taken out extra cover supposedly 365 days no qualms. then told that the cover didn't kick in til after 1 year? and also their service repairs did not cover my particular cookers make!! finally told someone will ring me back-still waiting 4 days on... plus spent all 1st day on phone to 08 type no:s!! I am not ha[ppy and will never buy from currys again and have also broadcast my feelings to all people i know and some i don't!!

Summary: absolutely disgusted and frustrated
