I have never received such poor service in my life, and at such a high cost! I have been waiting over a month for my washing machine to be fixed, with still no end resolution in sight. They do not adhere to any of their terms of service as stated in their insurance policy and they try to wriggle out of these at every opportunity. The 2 day call out doesn't exist, neither do pre-call to advise you of the time of visit or the 21day replacement rule - I have been waiting for a call back now regarding a replacement for 6 days when I was told this would take 24hours, and I have made numerous phone calls within this time never to speak to the same advisor and now told the complaints department has been dissolved!!! (this all after 3 engineer visits) - do not buy from them!!

Summary: insurance at high cost to health, sanity and wallet
