Advantages: Good variey of electrical appliances for your home and entertainment

Disadvantages: Not having up to date information for me and was annoyed

My husband especially loves taking me to this shop whenever we're out and about just to see what deals, offers they have on.

Well earlier this year we did go to this shop with the intention to buy a new washing machine as our old one we had packed up on us and with six of us in the family the washing builds up quickly if left for a day of two. So we went to Curry's after looking online the night berfore for a large capacity washing machine. Their site was easy to navigate around and we found the one that we wanted to collect from store the next day.

When we got to the store i handed over my reference number and paid for the washing machine. They then sent someone out the back to go and collect if for us. We waited around the shop what seemed for ages as this was meant to be just a quick trip to collect it. The man was gone for a while and then we saw him come out, call over anothe bloke and go back out the back again. About ten minutes later they come out and said to us he was really sorry but they had none left in stock although the computer said there were. I was annoyed, the kids were running around the store as they were bored and they couldn't even get one collected and brought over from another store as there wasn't any left in stock. This was a Friday and if we wanted another it was going to have to come from Thetford and the earliest if could have been delivered was the following Tuesday. I told them this was no good and in the end i had to pursuade them to let me have the one on the shop floor. In the end they agreed and so we took it home. Although there appeared nothing wrong with the machine it didn't have it's front adjustable feet on it. It just seemed to me that none of them really knew what to do and i just felt so annoyed as there was obviously a delay in their computer systems.

Apart from this they do stock all home appliances, consoles, cameras, digital camcorders, tv's, stereos, dvd players at good prices. The store is very well laid out and tidy. They are constantly having offers on various products especially around this time of the year leading up to christmas.

Summary: Overall a good store but it has totally put me off reserving any products for store pick up
