Advantages: You get to see the merchandise before you buy, next day delivery

Disadvantages: helpful staff is hard to find!

I went to Currys this morning because we need a new fridge/freezer.

Now I don't like when the staff pounce on you and try the hard sell but I don't like it either when they don't offer any help at all for, say, the first 30 minutes I was in the store.

I had a good look at lots of fridges and freezers. I was going to walk out as none of the staff came to enquire about any possible questions I may have.

One member of staff finally came over to say "you're alright?" but with cleary no intention of stopping. He just flew past me.

He was young and spotty so I kind of shrugged it off.

I then decided to look for a member of staff and that was Mission Impossible. I went back to the fridges/freezers to note the ones that took my fancy and was going to walk out again when a member of staff came to see if I needed help.

She was actually very helpful! I have bought a fridge, not decided on the freezer yet but she promised me she's levy the delivery charge for the freezer.

I hope she didn't lie. We'll soon find out.

Summary: good range of product but poor customer service
