I have never received such poor service in my life, and at such a high cost! I have been waiting over a month for my washing machine to be fixed, with still no end resolution in sight. They do not adhere to any of their terms of service as stated in their insurance policy and they try to wriggle out of these at every opportunity. The 2 day call ...

Currys sold us a faulty and dangerous gas cooker.Gas came out the appliance after it switched itself off.Engineers missed several appointments due to one having a van blow up, and another was knocked unconscious. They brought out the wrong parts, as they couldn't decide which model we had. The service centre call staff were unhelpful, agressive and ...

Adverts are a joke! The advertiser would have you believe that what they are advertising is perfect. Once you take that product you'll wonder how you ever lived without it. To give you a good example, look at the burgers in a McDonalds' advert. Plump, juicy and about a good inch thick. Buy one AT a McDonalds, and then you'll see what I ...

The order went through fine at the Boreham Wood store - I suppose they just want the money. The delivery couldn't happen for a few days, but it came on the day that had been agreed, although not at the right time. They wouldn't take the old one out or fit the new one in, which is what we'd paid extra for. The reason being they ...

Currys. Cardiff. Vacuum cleaner. Worked twice. Paperwork: "Congratulations on your purchase!" "Don't take it back to the shop." Rang manufacturer, operator knew no more than me about vacuum cleaners. Sent a part IN THE POST! not arrived. Trying to exchange or repair in the shop; met with rudeness, sarcasm, stubborness, and inappropriate disclosure of the personal problems of member of management team. Had to buy another cleaner as needed urgently - selling house.

Our 15 year old fridge finally gave up the ghost and we were obliged to purchase a replacement. We therefore travelled to visit the Curry's superstore at the retail park at Sealand Road Chester on Sunday July 8th in order to find a suitable model. We bought a fridge freezer via currys direct after being advised in the shop that we would receive it quicker that way. They took payment details but 28 days later we had not received the item.
