Advantages: A range of things available

Disadvantages: Doesn't have good customer service, returns policy

Debenhams is one of the biggest department stores in Britain selling a range of things. A range of expensive brand cosmetics are available here like Yves Sant Laurent. Electrical goods are also available, they also sell clothes which is my favourite department.

They do a range of branded clothing for men and women of all ages. Some womens clothing bands they offer are Kookai which I can't find anywhere else, Jane Norman and Warehouse. They are quite an expensive shops though when they hold sales which are about two or three times a year they do reduce their prices considerably. My only criticsm of this shop is I do not find their customer assistants very friendly or helpful. Another criticsm is their returns policy. If you buy something from their Jane Norman section you cannot return it to the Jane Norman shop but have to return it to Debenhams.

Overall quite a good shop selling a lot of nice things.
