Advantages: So much selection, great quality, lots of variety

Disadvantages: Can take all day sometimes to look in every dept

Wow - Debenhams - probably my most favourite stor. In fact - when ever my hubby & I have a weekend away - he will always locate a Debenhams for me.

There is sooo much to look at in every department. They have a great range of clothes for all. From fat to thin - tall to short. I love the kids clothes by Red Herring and Jasper Conran as well. Great value & great quality.

I used to go to Chester Debenhams quite frequently and would always venture into the Crypt (cafe) there. It served home cooked soups & lovely coffees & hot chocolates.

I love the underwear section as well as there is so much choice. They cater for all sizes and shapes and have a variety of price ranges.

Xmas in Debenhams is great as well as they stock the most fantastic decorations. The quality is always exceptional and I have never had a problem with customer service.

Oh - and the beauty hall as well - where you can go and be "made-over" and come away feeling all glam - and probably with empty pockets - if you are anything like me.

Summary: Fab store - excellent value for money - quality reigns here.
