Overpriced Jumble Sale (Debenhams)

Overview
------------
Debenhams has large stores all across the country in most towns and cities. They sell clothing for men, women and children, houseware, make up, perfume etc. I quite like Debenhams but do think they are overpriced.

Stores
---------
Debenhams stores are large and a little confusing as to their layout. Signs do not tend to be particually well placed and neither do fitting rooms. Once you get used to your local store its ok but visit a different branch and you will be completely lost!

Stores also have restaurants which i wouldnt recommend - frozen or prepacked food at extortionate prices. OK for a coffee or cake but not much else.

Clothes
----------
Has lots of concession stores inside including warehouse, oasis, pineapple etc. They are at the same prices as normal highstreet stores. Debenhams own clothes tend to be slightly lower quality and more expensive. Designers at Debenhams seem to be a ripoff to me - but maybe im just tight!

Overall
----------
I always have a wander in when im in town but tend to only buy at sale time (morgan and warehouse). I think debenhams clothes are a little dated for me at the min but who knowns in 50 years time!

Summary: worth a look at sale time.
