Advantages: Great stores, excellent facilities, brilliant products range, exclusive designers

Disadvantages: None in my opinion

I have in the past few years found myself more and more selective with where I shop and found myself going to my local Debenhams more and more often thanks to the huge selection of products (kitchenwares, clothes, shoes, games, home furnishings, wedding items, etc) that are all of fantastic quality.
The store I use mostly is a large Debenhams store in Glasgow city centre which has about 5 floors and is simply huge. I used to avoid going into this store but thankfully of recent times have started to go in and take a look around anytime I am up and nearby and I have found that the store is huge and has a massive variety of products and designers/brands available but still manages to be a fantastic shopping experience thanks to an excellently laid out store with clear information to state what is each floor. My wife never used to enjoy going out looking for clothes but has recently discovered that she loves Debenhams and especially John Rocha. So why use Debenhams?

Positives:

- Designers exclusive to Debenhams
- Great product range
- Excellent quality items
- Brilliantly laid out stores
- Clean, bright and welcoming stores
- Clearly signed areas
- Clean toilets
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Good changing rooms
- Cafe and restaurant areas

Negatives:

- You pay a fairly expensive price but this is for excellent quality and as they say...you get what you pay for

Debenhams is a fantastic store with excellent products always available and a great shopping experience thanks to well thought out and maintained stores. If you are looking for designer clothing then Debenhams is a must.
