Disadvantages: Expensive, Low quality, Poor after sales service

I purchased a suite from DFS, Measham 3 years ago. The seat covers have split twice and the quality of the fibre fill in the cushions means you cannot sit on them for very long before they go flat. The seat of the armchair slopes forward but DFS's solution was to remove some of the fibre filling from the cushion, but we can now feel the seat base through it. Overall I feel that the price is high and the quality low. I have included a link to some pictures of the suite.
