Advantages: lots of colours and choice, flexible payments
Disadvantages: eager sales staff
DFS impressed us from the start. We were looking at replacing our worn out sad excuse for a suite, and seeing as our local DFS showroom is a 5 minute drive, off we went. The first thing I look at is the prices, I was told it was expensive, well I didn`t think it was, in fact I thought it was reasonable. A sales assistant approached us, and my husband said what he always says "we will come and find you if we need you", it always works. The showroom had lots of choices, and I knew straight away which suite I liked. We worked the price out for a 2 seater and a 3 seater and was happy with the price. We called the eager sales assistant over and went through all the details, this is the bit I didn`t like. We were asked if we wanted to have it free for a year and than on 4 years interest free credit. We didn`t want this as I think personally that in 5 years you may just need to replace it and you`ve only just finishied paying for it. So under orders he worked out the payments for 2 years (you can pay over how many months you like)then I had a choice of 10 colours, after finishing they told us delivery would be 6-8 weeks. It did come in 6 weeks and it was gorgeous, so soft and comfy with lots of room. It`s three years since we got it, we paid for it in a year and it is still in perfect condition, and having 2 messy young boys has not made a difference. I`d use these again, I beleive the quality is outstanding, the fabric can be cleaned and I would use DFS again.
