Dixons Customer service is the WORST of all (Dixons)

The WORST customer service i have ever known!! I ordered an american fridge freezer for my parents when it arrived the couriers were rude and sarcastic and suggested my dad to try and take the fridge freezer in himself as they were not prepared to take it into the building as they thought it wouldn't fit through the door! So they left it in the garage. My dad is a pensioner and could no way mawl a 20stone fridge freezer himself! We measured the door and there was plenty of room but obviously they couldn't be bothered that morning. I phoned customer service who were horribly rude and said it will take 7days for them to collect plus a £20 charge! I got put through to head office where a supivisor said thet will collect it that day but they never did! Then i spoke to the manager who was the worst of them all and had no customer skills at all, The item is being picked up in 2 days and in the meantime my dad cannot park his car in the garage and we will still have to pay the £20! Shocking! I will never order anything from them or anyother sister companies of theirs again!
