PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM DIXONS!! Trying to buy a notebook was a nightmare, they where the only store to sell the HDX9320 20" model monster I wanted so had to buy from them and I have to say that in future i will just do without rather than buy from dixons, firstly from placing the order it just went wrong! it took them 7 days to tell me if i was even going to get the notebook as they don't allocate goods until the day of shipment yet the money was taken straight out of my account!! I called several times to try and get a straight answer and every time got passed from pillar to post so in the end gave up, I paid a premium for Fast Tuesday delivery then on the day of shipment (Mon) I called to ensure it was definitely coming and checked on line and both confirmed Tuesday delivery, only to find that on the Tuesday when I had taken the day off work to wait in for the courier I checked online again only to see that they had moved the day to the Friday without any warning! and when i called to see what had happened they told me they had no idea as they still hadn't allocated a notebook to me!!
Anyway when I did finally receive the notebook (2 weeks from order date!) there was a small tv aerial adapter missing from the accessory pack so called the support number, and well what a total waste of time that was, again I was passed from pillar to post and in the end they could not do anything other than request I send the notebook back to them so they could send out another with all the bits!! thing was they didn't have any more stock and where getting no more, so would give me a refund! needless to say I went into town and bought the adapter myself!

Summary: WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!
