The more I talk to people about Dixons the more I don't like them. The staff must have all been trained by Delboy. Having bought a phone from my local Dixons I was offered a box which when connected to BT would chanel my calls through Cable and Wireless. I asked them that if when i got home I did not want to use the box did I have to do anything. They said NO. Last week I received a bill from Cable and Wireless for £30.00. I rang them and explained what had happened and they said that Dixons were misinforming a lot of people. Dixons are only interested in the commission they get from Sales and the insurance policies they can sell with there products. They are a company I can no longer trust
