I ordered an 8GB Ipod nano 11 days ago and I am yet to recieve my order which is supposed to be recieved within five working days. After telephoning the after sales team they were very unhelpful telling me that it 'possibly' will come today. I am very frustrated. The discount on the ipod and accessories was not worth the extra hassel.

I phoned Dixons about a Miele washing machine they had priced at £1039, but I'd found for £815 on we-sell-it.co.uk. They were willing to drop the price to match John Lewis (£949) but not as far as this. So much for price-matching.
