I ordered an 8GB Ipod nano 11 days ago and I am yet to recieve my order which is supposed to be recieved within five working days. After telephoning the after sales team they were very unhelpful telling me that it 'possibly' will come today. I am very frustrated. The discount on the ipod and accessories was not worth the extra hassel.

Dixons do not care about customers. If you are influenced in buying by customer service levels, you should avoid them like a dog with rabies. I recently ordered a PS3.
