Steer well Clear.
I bought a pair of shoes from the Oxford Street store two weeks ago. Last week I had to take them back as water was leaking in between the sole and the uppers. The manager told me that unless there was a visable hole they couldn't exchange them. She then told me that I should buy two pairs, one to wear to work and the others to wear at work. I asked how this would stop them leaking to which she told me wellington boots were the only 100% waterproof footwear. I checked up about the company Alexon that owns Dolcis and found out that they profits are down 87%. So I suppose if you don't exchange or refund anyone they will quickly turn this around.

Summary: Spend a little more for better quality and dry feet
