Dolcis- No, spend a little more somewhere else (Dolcis)

Advantages: Cheap, ok for shoes worn indoors or rarely.

Disadvantages: No excange, no refund.

I know Dolcis can sell cheap shoes and this is ok if they are ones that you might wear on an evening out or just a few times. Unfortunately having just bought shoes that I'd intended to wear a lot to then find that they let in water. They are only two week old so I took them back to the shop on a day it was raining to prove to the store. Even with showing my soaked sock the manager wouldn't even exchange them let alone refund me. She said that only wellington boots were 100% waterproof and that I should buy two pairs from them, one to wear to work and the others at work. This doesn't change the fact that they leak and are faulty. My advice from now on is to spend a little bit more at a better shop.

Summary: Stick with company's that have a good returns policy.
