Dolcis has the WORST returns policy I have ever come across. I bought a pair of suede effect boots from them for £45 pounds which after only 2 weeks became frayed at the front and the heels had started 2 wear away! when I returned them with the reciept to see if Dolcis could repair them for me the manager told me this was normal wear and tear. I will never shop in Dolcis again instead I will stick with Barrats where I bought a pair of boots of a very similar style to the dolcis ones for £25 and I have been wearing for 2 years.

I know Dolcis can sell cheap shoes and this is ok if they are ones that you might wear on an evening out or just a few times. Unfortunately having just bought shoes that I'd intended to wear a lot to then find that they let in water.
