Duvet is useless (Dunelm Mill Shop)

Disadvantages: How can this product keep you warm!!!

I bought a seasons down and feather duvet earlier this year. The 4 tog has been fine all summer. I put the 9.5 tog on recently but I have found that the sections are not stitched properly in the squares and all of the feathers have now made their way to round the edges and there is nothing in the middle. I was told it is a manufacturers error???
It is useless shaking it. The feathers just will not go back to the middle of the duvet. I have taken it back to the shop and changed it but all of your duvets are the same with missed stitching around the so called compartments which are supposed to keep the feathers in place. This needs urgent attention.

Summary: I have changed it but I can see I will have the same problem!!
