I love Dunelms products they have a great choice for the home... But unfortunately they are hit and miss on the staff!

My mother was searching for some long life bulbs that were advertised at a bargain price in her national paper, so she had a look in the bulb section and couldn't find them. She decided to ask a cashier about them, the cashier was not of the most intelligent type and it took all her effort to say she didn't know. Therefore my mother then went to customer service, again she didn't get much sence of the 'very young girl' working on the desk. She finally tracked down a very hepful member of staff who tried to help her and price checked a few items to see if they were cheaper than they were marked up. My mother didn't find her bulbs and it looked to be one of those adverts to get you in the store unfortunately as no one seemed to know about the advert.

My experience of dunelm has been better than this but I also feel sometimes the staff can not be bothered to put in effort, but saying that I love the range they stock, but beware they are not as cheap as they make out to be, I would always advise to double check wilkinsons or argos first to see if you can get the item cheaper with them!
