Searching for items for the home is great fun and unlike food shopping, i do get excited about purchasing a new bedspread, curtains and even a candle for the home.

Dunelm has a veritable feast of bedsets from pillows of all descriptions, shapes and sizes, to duvet covers with matching pillow cases, throws and cushions to turn any bed into a designer look.

After having the fortune to find the perfect silver and black Japanese style bed, i needed the bedding to go with it. I found the perfect bed in a bag which consisted of a duvet cover, throw, bolster pillow, sheet and 2 pillow cases all in black. Perfect. There are hundreds of sets to choose from, alot with matching curtains. Although some sets can be pricey, they are of very good quality. There are also cheaper sets available. The store also sells a range of Towels, tea towels and storage boxes.

The store in Southport has upstairs, a wonderful range of household goods from vases and pictures, through to kitchen necessities lighting. It is easy to spend a good couple of hours scouring around Dunelm and i always come away with my arms full.
