We ordered a present for my dad, due to be delivered on the Friday, stayed in all day waiting for it, but no delivery! Phoned the company and the couriers said they'd been but no one was in and they left a card.Not happy we canceled the order, then low and behold it turned up on Monday, unfortunately as no one was in we just got a note from the couriers saying they'd been and we needed to pick it up. Have since spoke to Empire direct about the lack of refund on their behalf and apparently they don't reimburse until they receive the item back, what kind of a policy is that for a cancelled order! It's now over a month since the original order and no refund
