Advantages: Great range, friendly staff, upto date with fashions

Disadvantages: can be pricey

If you have read my Rogers and Rogers opinion (you haven't? why not?) you will now my concerns when I was in my late teens about the quantity and quality of clothes for bigger girls. We have the right to look beautiful and funky and up to minute!

I am so glad that Evans decided to introduce a younger range of clothes. I no longer have to put up with frumpy clothes made from horrible fabrics with hideous prints!

The Seven range by Evans has changed my life! It is full of funky clothes that I want to wear. It follows fashion trends like the normal chain stores for young women. It no longer feels like a crime to be young and large!!! Thank you lord!

I admit that there are a few items in the seven range that i would never wear as I don't think they would be very flattering. for example once there was a lycra catsuit, I'm sorry but I don't know how someone could realistically think it would be flattering to the larger figure... but I suppose its all about having the choice to wear things like this!

I do find the prices in Evans to be a tad on the large side. maybe they are penalising us for them having to use more fabric! It would be an even better store if the prices were knocked down a bit.

Their underwear section is also great. You can now buy sexy underwear in big sizes.

I also like the fact that the majority of the sales assistants are not waif like, they are normal women who probably benefit from working in a store like this (cheap clothes).
They are always really helpful. And is it me or do you feel less embarrassed taking your big sized clothes to an equally large person rather than to a waif? I'm paranoid about things like that, i think the waif is thinking 'what a large size, you heffer.' Of course in reality he size is probably a blur after you've seen a few hundred already that day!

All in all I would give Evans a thumbs up, all that needs to be done is a bit
of price lowering!
