Advantages: Good Prices, money off coupons for whole shop, plan your shopping with the leaflet

Disadvantages: shops are quite small and difficult to get around, not easy to get to

I love Farmfoods! I have been shopping there for many years. Before Iceland cottoned on to the "everything in this cabinet £1" Farmfoods was doing it. They have a very useful pull out leaflet that lists all their prices delivered to local homes. If you are on a tight budget you can plan your shopping down to the last penny. You can then recalculate the price down, as each leaflet has money off coupons off the complete price of the shop, usually 10% off shopping over £25. This is more useful than money off coupons on specific items, as you save money no matter what you buy.

When you wander round the shop, you find that , even though it is first and foremost a freezer food shop, you can actually buy most of your weekly food shopping there at very good prices compared to many of the most popular supermarkets. You may need to go else where for fruit and vegetables

There are some drawbacks to shopping at Farmfoods. The stores are often quite small, making it difficult to around the store, particularly if you have children with you. The stores are usually in out of the way places probably to take advantage of the cheap rents. If you don't have transport you could have a problem shopping there.

On the whole the advantages far outwiegh the disadvantages.
