Getting better on the petite range (Freemans)

I've shopped with Freemans now for quite a few years, and have ordered various items through them. The delivery service is always prompt, and usually at a time convenient to workers. Since moving, my local courier delivers up to 9pm, which suits me down to the ground (at least I know my parcel won't be left on my doorstep, unlike other catalogues I am aware of!).

I have, however, always had a problem with their sizes. In tops and shoes, they are pretty good. But in skirts and trousers, they are useless! I take a size 8 (occasionally a 6) in both trousers and skirts, but can manage with a size 10 for tops. I have tried in the past to order trousers in a size 8, only to recieve them and they are at least 3 inches too big on the waist and literally drowning me in length. I would be very interested in finding out where Freemans get their sizings from!

However, their saving grace is their petite range. When I first began shopping with them, the petite range largely consisted of suits and jackets, no leisure wear or casual stuff. Although they could still do better, this has improved year upon year, and I am pleasantly surprised with the petite range in this seasons catalogue. Suits, smart casuals, leisure wear....you name it, it is there. The sizes are also much better in petite (a size 8 does actually appear to be a size 8!). If only it applied to more of the range.....

I still shop with Freemans because I love the choice in the catalogue, the good delivery and returns service from my local friendly courier and the flexibility of payment. But if any Freemans executives are reading this, please, please extend further your petite range!!!
