I have been an agent with Freemans ever since I can remember and have always found that the people that you speak to are very helpful and friendly.

I have never had any problems until recently. To telephone through on their order line is no problem the call is usually answered within two or three rings.

However, I ordered a DVD Player as a treat at the beginning of the year, and when it was delivered it was minus the Remote Control. I therefore had to do the terrible dead of contacting Customer Service, they are of course on a different telephone number, and it takes a minimum of 45 minutes for the phone to be answered.

I cannot believe that such a large company can have such bad customer service, I have many colleagues who also use Freemans but because of the problems they have had with having to sit on hold listening to Enigma for hours on end, have now closed there account.

It is really such a shame that this part of their service is sooooo bad, they really do need to sort it out before everyone starts switching to another catalogue!
