I have been a Freemans customer for approx 30 years and have always had a great service from them until recently with regard to returning items. My usual Saturday courier gave up work and the replacement is non-existant. I currently have goods dating back to October 08 still waiting to be collected. I have now made 9 Saturday appointments for the courier to call and each time they have not arrived - how exasperating is that? Each time I advise Customer Services and each time they make an appointment for another Saturday - and the courier never arrives. I am unable to get to a Post Office and the goods cannot be collected from any other address. I can't seem to get past Customer Services with this problem and really feel that I need to make this situation known to someone higher up the chain, as I can see this situation going on for months. Each month I have to request that they remove these items from my statement, even though they have all the information regarding this issue on their computer. Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this, as Freemans Customer Services certainly don't.

Summary: Good weekday delivery service/non-existant collection service for Saturdays
