Advantages: Great customer service good prices

Disadvantages: None

I rate Gamestation very highly out of all its competitors. The shop its self is very well laid out and the staff always seem to be very helpfull. They have differnt sections in the shop and its very easy to follow. At the start there is always special offers then its into all the various sections for PS3, Xbox, DS and of course all the pre owned deals as well.

Price wise they are usually a bit cheaper than their competitors but the thing that sets them apart is their trade in policy. They dont worry if you are missing the instructions and it doesnt effect the price. They almost always give you a better trade in price for buying something in the shop. I traded in a Nintendo Wii a couple of weeks ago and i also went into Game but Gamestation were so much more helpfull. Game wouldnt take the Wii because i had one part missing(the plastic mount for the sensor bar) where as Gamestation didnt have a problem with it.

They also have a really good loyalty card and it gives you cash to spend in store. Im not sure how much you get for every £ you spend but my card always seems to go up quickly.

Is there a downside to this store? My only complaint is the music in my local store can be so loud. Maybe im just getting to old!

Summary: Good allround value

From what I've heard GAME own Gamestation, but strangely the prices differ quite siginificantly.

Anyway, good review!
