Need better trade in prices! (Gamestation)

Disadvantages: Better trade in prices would help

One of the top stores to buy your games and consoles from is Gamestation on the high street. You can expect to buy the latest consoles games for all the formats including PS3, Wii, X Box 360 and the PSP. They also have in old consoles for sale like the mega drive, N64 at special prices just to attract more customers.

The stores across the country of Gamestation are often well set out inside making it easy to find the games. I always browse through the pre owned games they have in store. This is done to grab a bargain and sometimes I can pick up some cheap games.

Gamestation also offers its customers a trade in service like other games store. Gamestation does claim to beat the price if somebody else offers you a better trade in! This was not the case with me as they did not beat the price of CEX for a certain number of games. I had some old Gamecube games and Playstation 2 games but they offered me less. Two of the games they never took in either so what they always say about beating others in trade in prices is not always true! They offered me way less than what CEX were offering me.

Now would be the best time to keep a eye on the store though. Around this time expect games like Fifa 10 and Pro Evo 10 to drop down in price to about 19.99 some time soon. At this time of the year they offer their best bargains to grab. Gamestation is a good video store but they are not close to being on the level of CEX.
