Gapbuster

Gapbuster is a mystery shopping company that has a wide variety of clients from postal services to fast food to fuel and supermarkets. They are not based in the UK (I think they are based in Australia). Their jobs don't pay large sums of money but the job itself is usually simple and the questionnaires are very straight forward making them a great starting point for those that are new to mystery shopping and want to test the waters. Gapbuster are an online market reserach company who specalise in mystery shopping. I used to work as a shopper for them fairly frequently, however have done very little lately due to a lack of time. Gapbuster have recently revamped their website, which makes for a much easier search facility, and finding a job no longer feels quite so hit and miss depending on whether it has been spelt correctly or the right postcode input. Gapbuster is one of the many mystery shopping companies I work with although I have recently stopped working with them due to the fact that most of their assignments are in inconvenient locations for me. However I have had fun working with them, although there are a few issues that I have regarding their terms and operating system. I have worked for Gapbuster for 2 months and i am disappointed, I have been on 19 assignments and have not been paid YET! The pay is rubbish (i thought it would have been better) but its not. i thought that maybe gapbusters want serious people to do the surveys but i feel conned because i have not recieved payment yet. when or if i am paid then i will update this review. for example I did a mcdonalds assignment. I had to check the service, quality of food, and speed. all of this for £3 quid. Gapbuster is a company that is commissioned by various stores and companies to send out people known as mystery shoppers to assess their services and get paid for it.
