Good store but poor at website (H&M)

I like H&M store and been shopping there since I was a kid. It is very old high street brand. The website in comparison is not good ata ll. I'd just like to know...what exactly is the point of this brand to even have a site? i mean its completely USELESS! you click on to it...but all you get is a load of junk...seriously...i thought, you know, because i havent got time right now to go down to one of their stores...let me just see what they have in stock..might like something online...so...with out any idea of what i was getting in to...i went on their site..like a normal person, looking to buy some outfits but wants to have a check first, would...but little did i know ...their site is umm..ye...urgh or more like HUH :s !... they hardly have ANY THING from there collection...but then again like normal people you shold have a hyperlink saying COLLECTION or WOMEN/MENS CLOTHING that type of thing...but with these people...you have no idea WHERE TO GO...i really think they need to sort their site out..really does put a person off...they can start losing customers like this you know!
