Advantages: Top quality jumpers, good range of clothes, big stores

::THE BASICS::
I always see both ups and down when I go to my nearest H&M. Firstly though, there isn't one that close to me. I live in a very big well known town, but to get to the nearest H&M is still 2 buses or trains away! It's not exactly a big problem; it's just more of an expense to pay to get to it.

::THE SHOP::
The H&Ms I have been in are a very good size and very easily to get about with a good layout. Like many big branded clothes shops H&M is amongst, it matches the similarities with the men's clothing section a lot smaller in size and variety than the women's. While you may find one style top for women but in up to 8 or 9 different colors, the male equivalent is a tee shirt in simply 1, maybe 2 different styles. However I know that personally I'm not a guy who will want to try on the same thing in different colors. I either like it or I don't so this doesn't actually bother me.
All H&M's that I have been in have been very clean and uncluttered. Everything has been well organized and packed onto shelving. In some shops such as TK Maxx and Primark I have experienced clothes all over the floor, unfolded everywhere, coat hangers broken, jewelry in pieces. All H&M's have been very well presented with none of this.

::THE STAFF::
The shops always seem to be well staffed. Many times have I needed to ask a question or find out a price or size and have been able to simply turn around and find a member of staff. This I believe is very good as like mentioned before; the shops are big in size. The members of staff have always been happy to help and even give an opinion in my experiences. They have all been very polite, gave up their time to do such simple things for customers. I know this is their job but they do it in a very good manner.

::THE CLOTHES::
The quality of their clothes has been outstanding in my opinion. All of them that I have tried on have been good quality, with no fraying or marks. Each has fitted very well and the same sizes actually being identical, unlike some other cheaper brands. For men there is a big range of different styled tee shirts, hoodies (whether sleeveless or not), general zip up and pullover jumpers, hats, socks, underwear, jeans, combats, a variety of trousers and even accessories such as necklaces, rings, bracelets, scarf's, belts and ties. With such a vast amount of different clothing it is easily possible to get a full outfit or even a wardrobe from this store.

::THE PRICES/THE SALES::
I'm always agree that good quality, no matter what it is, comes with a price tag. Although H&M isn't exactly designer prices, I still find them to be quite steep in some areas. With tee shirts in the £15-£20 range and hoodies being around £40-50, I tend to hope I find the sale section. To get a basic outfit of a tee shirt, jeans and a hoody could come to around £80. If you then add extras such as jewelry, hat, scarf, belt etc to this it can be well over £100. To some people this isn't a bad price, but it's not exactly the cheapest.
On the good side however they often have many sales. I think these sales are fantastic. I've been in many times and picked up some very good buys, usually these being jumpers and hoodies. I've got items for £5, £8 and up to £15 for a hoody originally priced £40. These are the items of clothing I must say I still wear to this very day. They are fantastic quality and haven't gone out of their shape or size at all. It definitely shows that the price is worth it.

::THE CONCLUSION::
I personally love H&M, along with all of their clothes. Not only is it easy to find what you want and get assistance when required, they also have a great range of top quality clothing. However I do find some of the prices out of my limit, especially as many places like Primark do very similar clothing at a quarter of the price. Like I've mentioned in my Primark review however, I will always find myself at H&M when I need a jumper. They're top quality, perfect fit with a good choice of styles. They are very comfortable and warm too I must add! After many washes they're as good as new! Even better these can be picked up in many of their sales for several pounds making them such a bargain! It's definitely a shop I will keep shopping at.

Summary: When the sale arrises, I'll hit these hard!
