Advantages: Modern stores, very friendly attentive staff, good quality clothes
Disadvantages: Get some less plain clothes
I never used to be a massive fan of H&M not sure why felt it was a bit plain and dull but now I really like it and would recommend it to anyone.
Their stores are very modern and bright, I like how they are modern and well laid out, they are very bright too not dark and dingy like some stores on the high street.
They are well laid out as I said, with items located throughout the store in order which makes it easier to navigate, items aren't clogged together either so can move around the store with ease. I like how items are shown on display, you can browse a lot easier than in some clothes shops (like TKMaxx who are a mess).
Staff are always friendly, I had a problem with a carrier bag from another store breaking on me recently whilst in the Metrocentre and the lady was happy to help and gave me a bigger stronger H&M bag for my items even though I only bought a small box of boxer shorts in H&M so they gave me fantastic service. They are always attentive and friendly in all H&M stores i've used across the country and thats quite a few.
Items are fairly priced, I find good deals for quality clothing in H&M stores and you can pick up a whole outfit in one go which can be handy if your in a rush or like me weighed down with other shopping bags.
H&M have many stores across the UK so it's easy to find one near you and their website also delivers across the UK anyway.
Summary: A great store
