Advantages: Amazing selection of top quality produce
Disadvantages: Prices
I am an atheist, I have no idea why I am telling you this, but I am. So Harrods as a food store? Well I have always been aware of Harrods’s incredibly high pricing policy, but they always offer the best quality products, or do they? Harrods is a selectively exclusive rich person's shopping store - you go shopping on the top floor, so do not expect to be buying trolley full of items, seeing as you cannot anyway, just restrict yourself - the prices are unbelievable sometimes, but in general it was a nice shopping experience - I managed to spend around £30 on just 14 items, I was horrified by my indulgency, but the food tasted absolutely amazing. The best quality food from anywhere I have been, but naturally, it costs the earth to buy. There isn't the most extensive range of products or services, but I was pleased by the choice of top quality specialist food - it's like a large deli store. The staffs treats you like royalty, only if you look like royalty - if you're wearing scruffy jeans then you will not be allowed into Harrods in the first place! But I was feeling smart, so they treated me nicely. Toilets! It’s quite funny really, you have to pay £1 to us their toilets, but to be fair, they’re pretty good toilets! Tip: don't drink lots before entry. Yum, good store - expensive, I'll stick to Tesco.
