Ordered a pair of sofas from harveys and then read the horror stories on the site re: delivery.

Got a phonecall from Harveys 5 days after order and was fearing the worst, however was pleasantly suprised that they wanted to arrange delivery for the following Tuesday (9 day delivery!!!)

Got a text message from Harveys on the monday saying that delivery would be between 8-11am, 7:30am Big harveys lorry turns up and the delivery boys duly furnish us with 2 sofas unpacked and checked.

All in all very very happy with their service - Kudos to the Woking branch as well who were very pleasant and helpful in the purchase - even if they did try to flog us the leather care kit, word of advise go to a Halfords type shop and buy a car seat kit, its the same stuff for a fraction of the cost!

Well Done Harveys - maybe they are sorting themselves out!
