Hi there All,
I've just ordered a 3 and a 2 seater liberata sofas with the higher grade leather which has the contrast stitching on it. We picked this because the leather is much thicker and has a deep grain pattern on it. We have 4 kidz so it had to be leather to replace the suite we have which is falling to bits. Fortunately casterlan have given us a credit note for the exact amount we paid for our old sofas -
so it definitely pays to take out additional insurance on your sofas when you purchase them.
We also ordered 2 stools from the novara range as the stool on the liberata range is far too big (anyone else noticed that). As the supplier is the same for both ranges the Harvey's salesperson said we could have the stools in the matching leather to the sofas.
At £2900 this is a lot of money and over £1000 more than I've paid before for a leather suite but I'm convinced this suite with the leather upgrade will last.
The suite is Italian made screwed - doweled - glued wood frame. The best way to make a sofa so I'm told.
Has anyone got one of these suites and what do you think of it? Does the 15 grade rather than the standard 10 grade make a difference?
All views welcome.
Summary: This is a pending review so 4 stars for now. Until I receive the suite.
