My girlfriend had been going on about wanting a dresser for the kitchen and when we finally found one she liked that was in the sale, we went for it. she did all the ordering and done it online so it was pretty quick and easiy from what she said.
the website said ti would be delivered in 5 weeks but we were phoned by customer service peopel to say it would be more like 6-7 weeks but we were told why. I was not happy with this so phoned them back and got threw to a really nice woman who told me that it was because it wasn't in the wharehouse btu she would try and speed things up for us.
when it was delivered one of the pains of glass was broken so i got straigh on the phone while the delivery man was still there. Amazingly i got through to another really nice woman who explained my options. we accepted the dresser and agreed for them to send a repair man out to assess it. It was repaired within a week which is exactly the time the customer service lady said it would be.
Summary: damaged but sorted quickly
