Harveys has been the worst decision we ever made

We ordered 2 sofa and a dinning room table and chairs 9 months ago. So far we've not received undamaged versions of either. Three times they have tried to deliver two sofas and on each occasion both have been damaged. On each occasion replacements have been ordered and taken another 3 months to be delivered.
Meanwhile, or table and chairs are sat in a warehouse and Harveys won't deliver as we haven't yet paid the full balance.
The saga has been long and very complicated so I won't do the detail, suffice to say that the customer service has been the worst I've ever experienced. Staff blaming each other, unreturned calls, everything having to be referred to faceless managers, regular administrative errors leading to further delay and anxiety.
I wish we had searched the net before we went and seen the quantity of poor reviews and had picked up that Harveys have far more complaints on BBC watchdog than any other furniture store.
I think we will now have a battle to get our money back, but I won't stop until we do.
