Advantages: Good quality products

Disadvantages: Disappointing cafe and toilets

My family and I called into HollyBush to do a bit of window shopping. My husband was very impressed with the quality of the plants and our daughter loved looking at the pets. We bought a few items in the lovely gift shops and then decided to go for a drink. However we were very disappointed with the cafe. The decor was generally old fashioned and shabby and the floor was dirty. The tables and chairs were still greasy even though they had been wiped. I was really looking forward to a 'proper' coffee. It was hot but not what I was hoping for. The saucer was dirty and the tray was tatty and greasy. When we visited the toilets on the way out my daughter and I were reluctant to use them but had no choice. HollyBush really need to take a look at the quality of their services.
