AVOID HOMESBASE IN SEVENOAKS LIKE THE PLAGUE (Homebase)

Disadvantages: TO MANY TO MENTION, WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED

I made the mistake of going t Homebase in Sevenoaks. It is quite possibly the shop with the WORST service I have ever encountered (and that is saying something). I firstly wanted to buy a lawn mower. After looking at several models I wanted to ask some, questions. There was no assistant in site. I eventually managed to locate someone who reluctantly came to look for me. Then said he didn't know. I asked f a model was in stock. He said he would find out. After waiting for at least 2 minutes someone else came and said no we don't have one, before wondering off. No saying another was similar, no "anything else you need" Nothing.
I also made the mistake of going to the 1st floor. After seeing something I was interested in wanted to ask someone. There was not one assistant on the entire floor. Not one.
I went downstairs and asked someone at the till if there was anyone who could help me. She said she didn't know (!)
Homebase clearly don't want to sell items at all. They make it extremely hard for you to get anywhere in buying items.
I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE THINKING OF GOING TO HOMEBASE INS EVENOPASK TO AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE.
If I could give homebase 0 stars it would be too high
