When you order a new appliance you never think to ask who the company will be delivering the item.
However in future I will ask this very important question, and would recommend that everyone else does the same.
Having just had a driver from "EXPERT LOGISTICS" at my door to collect a faulty appliance, I was taken aback and absolutely disgusted at this mans behaviour.
He was extremely rude, ignorant and loud. When I asked a simple question he became very aggressive. I asked him for his name but he refused to give it to me. He said that as he was self employed it didn't matter to him.
Unfortunately "EXPERT LOGISTICS" it does matter!
If you look at EXPERT LOGISTICS" website, they list 3 important things that is a vision.
- Part 1: to be the best white goods home delivery service in the UK,
- Part 2: to continually improve our range and service,
- Part 3: to delight our customers with our excellence of execution.
I'm afraid "EXPERT LOGISTICS" it's NOT a vision, it's just a distant DREAM.
You will definitely not be welcome at my door again!.
As a final note, I received a phone call from the Manager at Iceland shortly afterwards. He told me they had received another complaint along similar lines and would be sending in a written complaint themselves.
