ICELAND
~~~~~
I remember my mum used to shop at iceland quite a bit when l was little. Since leaving home l have mainly shopped with tescos, its just so simple when you get to know the store, and know where to find everything. I guess lm reluctant to change. However practically next door to my Tesco store is Iceland, and as we wanted to cut our shopping bill, myself and my partner decided to start shopping at Iceland.
Why shop at Iceland?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Our local Iceland store isnt particularly big. Some stores l have been in have been bigger, although most of the stores are relatively small.
Most of the products are frozen. Selling really cheap things like frozen meat, chips, pizzas, microwave meals etc. Many of these items can be brought at as little as £1 which l think is a real bargain. Other products l have found very reasonable at iceland has been cheese, prepacked meats, toilet roll, and even snack foods like crisps and chocolates, as well as frozen vegetables, oh and they have a GREAT selection on frozen deserts, although l try to avoid this isle!

I have grown to love iceland, it sells many of its own brands but also sells many other well known brands at a fraction of the cost of other stores. It also has many special offers. Its worth visiting the website to see what the latest offers are.

It is worth getting a bonus card where you can save money, win prizes and even get free home delivery, definately worth a thought.

Bigger store also sell appliances, such as freezers, washing machines etc.

Your local store
~~~~~~~~~~
Iceland has over 660 stores within the UK, so lm sure ther is a store near you.
Iceland was founded in 1970, and since then has expanded to become the big chain that it is now.
My over all opinion
Iceland may not have everything you need, and l couldnt do ALL my shopping here, but it has definately brought down our shopping bill by combining our shopping with Iceland and Tescos. Some of the products may not be the best ever quality, but some of the products we prefer to other stores. Its all about finding what you like. It really can cut your bill though, and lm really glad that we have started shopping here and we shall continue to shop here for quite a while.
Summary: cuts the cost of your shopping!
