Today I called up Simply be which is owned byJD Williams and another company I forget the name. I was told that (unbeknown to me) i was in arrears by £26.00 with J D WIlliams my credit with JD WILLIAMS & SIMPLY BE had been removed. I am not in arrears with SIMPLY BE. I had not recieved any letter or call from the comapny(s) nor had i recieved my invoices for the last month. whatever you do, don't give your phone number to this company or else they will sell it on to insurance companies etc. etc. Despite telling them not to give my number to other organisations they still did so.

My mother is 94 and my sister of 60 has a mental health problem. My sister has an account with Ambrose Wilson, but not with J D Williams. Imagine their shock when they received out of the blue a legal notice telling them they owed J D Williams over £42.00. Its sorted now, but they still receive final notices for the payment. Consequently they now no longer deal with Ambrose Wilson either.
