I have bought several items from the JD Williams catalogue, some have been fine, but on one occasion I was sent a dirty pair of white shoes which had to be returned and on another occasion I was sent the wrong goods (ie ordered a pair of brown shoes and received a pack of size 52DD bras!!!) I returned the bras and reordered the shoes.

However they have charged 2 pairs of the brown shoes to my account, and to date, one month later, my account has not been credited for the bras I sent back in place of the shoes, yet they are very quick to charge interest if you are late with a payment. Half the time the customer services team don't answer e-mails, and I've decided that once my account is cleared (if it is ever cleared), I will never buy anything from them again.
