Just a quick update :-)

It's nearly 7 months since i last touched this review and my balance then was £53. Just to let you know 7 months later *WITHOUT ORDERING ANYTHING* my balance is now £29.97. Not bad EH?

DO NOT TOUCH WITH A POLE A MILLION MILES LONG!

We have ordered only a few items from this company and in our experience it is the worst company we have ever bought anything from. We have been paying and paying and paying the payments and “service charge” every month without fail and yet my balance is still £53. I rang the customer service line only to be told that the balance is still this high because of the interest! And the goods we ordered had been paid off months ago, when I queried this the lady said “its an on going payment method and we charge you interest” so I asked her what the service charge was for and she said “ to cover the cost of running your account”. I asked her if she thought if this was a fair system and she said “no, you might as well walk down the street and give a perfect stranger your money”.

3 other people i know are having the same problems and we are all paying up and closing our accounts.

If you do order from this company i suggest you read the small print very, very carefully.
